Project Description:
Work scope involved building containment separation and erection. Remove visible mold by wiping/scraping or whatever means necessary by using disinfectants, sanitizers and cleaners. Apply disinfectant to treat/kill the mold for areas of visible mold staining only. Apply encapsulant to the surface of the OSB roof decking and wood trusses/stringers. Apply/spray 100% of the decking and the wood joists/stringers that form the insulation bays.
